ToneOfCare uses text messaging strictly for service-related communication and does not send marketing or promotional messages.
How customers opt in to SMS
- Customers first purchase a ToneOfCare plan through Stripe checkout
- After payment, customers are redirected to our secure onboarding form
- On the first page of onboarding, customers must actively check a required box consenting to receive service-related SMS messages
- Only customers who complete onboarding and explicitly consent receive text messages
- Customers who do not consent are not sent SMS messages

- Daily wellness check-ins
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Missed-call follow-ups
- Account and service updates
- Important service notifications
Message frequency
Message frequency varies by plan and service usage, typically 1–3 messages per day.
Opt-out and help
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time
- Reply HELP for assistance
No marketing
