ToneOfCare SMS Opt-In Process

ToneOfCare uses text messaging strictly for service-related communication and does not send marketing or promotional messages.

How customers opt in to SMS

  1. Customers first purchase a ToneOfCare plan through Stripe checkout
  2. After payment, customers are redirected to our secure onboarding form
  3. On the first page of onboarding, customers must actively check a required box consenting to receive service-related SMS messages
  4. Only customers who complete onboarding and explicitly consent receive text messages
  5. Customers who do not consent are not sent SMS messages

Types of messages sent

  • Daily wellness check-ins
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Missed-call follow-ups
  • Account and service updates
  • Important service notifications

Message frequency

Message frequency varies by plan and service usage, typically 1–3 messages per day.

Opt-out and help

  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time
  • Reply HELP for assistance

No marketing
